Chef Mentors Announced
Nestlé Toque d’Or®, the UK’s premier student catering competition – announces the six professional Chef mentors that have been enlisted to help five college teams raise the bar at this year’s Grand Final.
Following the regional heats that took place across the length and breadth of the country, the six Chef mentors are confirmed as Phil Fanning (Head Chef of Paris House), Simon Hulstone (Head Chef of The Elephant brasserie), Andreas Antona (Owner and Chef of Simpsons Restaurant), Will Holland (Head Chef of La Bécasse), and last but not least Alan Murchison and Chris Horridge (10 in 8 Fine Dining Group).

Mentors will advise their grand finalist college over the next three months ensuring they are fully prepared to serve 100 covers at the BBC Summer Good Food Show in June.
