With the deadline for the paper entry of The 2010 Nestlé Toque d'Or looming I am sure that the recent snow, ice, wind, rain and tempest has come as another unwelcome pressure and for many of you and your students this has meant being away from college for an extended period. For this reason we are announcing an extension to the paper entry deadline. The new deadline will be 09:00 on Friday the 22nd of January 2010. It is hoped that this extension will allow those teams who have had reduced preparation time due to no fault of their own, a little extra time to polish their entry before submitting. For those who have already submitted an entry, should you wish to revise or add anything, you too can work to the new deadline, but please mark your revised entry as version 2 and this will be the paper that is judged. I hope that this will make life a little easier and we look forward to receiving your entry
