It’s back and bigger than ever... YES - the Nestlé Toque d’Or 2007 has arrived! The gas rings are being turned up and it’s getting hot under the collar in the search for the next generation of catering professionals.
Adding value to students and their colleges, the UK’s most prestigious student catering competition provides invaluable vocational experience. This unique event offers insight into the industry with a chance to meet experts and develop professional relationships.
Over the years, the initiative has secured the support of leading UK chefs, benefiting many students and providing a unique ‘hands on’ experience under the critical eye of a tough line up of judges and 2007 will be no exception.
Combining creativity, commercial viability and business acumen, teams of students will have to impress the judges with their entries by bringing together all they have learnt and to live up to the challenge to create and design the theme of a unique ‘place to eat’.
